Silence is a special place of mental relaxation, respite and self-observation.
The body is unique space of silence.
The Silence is the end and the begininng, the entrance to the new level of perception of self and of reality.
The Silence is a performance, live art installation and healing show.
The Silence is also additional space in public area, public debate and intimate relations.
It’s a meditative and introvert performance on the one hand, direct and confrontational on the other. In relation and in energy connection with the surrounding, objects in space, and people and their bodies – with all what is inside of them – which is unseen – with their feelings, thoughts and fantasies.
Artists are practising their mindfulness by silence as an particular and fundamental need of human being.
Performers do not pretend. Sometimes they are active, sometimes they are passive. They laugh, cry, converse, dance.
The audience is not watching anything.
Everything experience in person.
Poland needs a Silence.
